- Our Frankie's Favorites class begins May 5!
In honor of the late, great Frankie Manning, our 3-week Intermediate Frankie's Favorites course begins Tuesday, May 05, 2009.
Without Frankie Manning, perhaps none of us would be dancing the Lindy Hop today. Join us for a special three week mini-series on some of Frankie's favorite steps in honor of the life of this great man. All proceeds from this class will go to benefit the Lindy Hoppers' Fund of America, a nonprofit, national human services organization that helps our elder generation of Lindy Hoppers who danced at the Savoy Ballroom in Harlem, in theater, film and on television.
- Dates: May 5, May 12, May 19.
- Time: 7:00-8:15pm.
- Location: Tango Cafe Dance Studio.
- Cost: $30 preregistered. At-door registration price is $35 if space is available.
