Swing Basics - The beginning is the perfect place to start! And that starts on September 16th at 8:45pm.
Fundamentals of Lindy Hop - Basic Swing knowledge required for this delve into the Grand-Daddy of all Swing dances! Starts at 7:15pm on September 9th.

Groove Juice will be presenting three special guest teachers for classes during the month of August! We're excited to present this opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and appreciation of All things that Swing!

- August 5th, 2008: Rochester's own Anna Reguero with Steve Ryan from Syracuse teaching West Coast Swing for Lindy Hoppers!
- August 12th, 2008: Buffalo's Rob Leach teaching a great class in Balboa!
- August 19th, 2008: Ithaca's Jerone Gagliano presents some very cool Partnered Charleston moves and technique!
